James Tool Machine and Engineering, Inc. was established in 1987 by James “Bud” Toner with five employees to provide machining and tooling services to the manufacturing industry. Our company was founded on four basic principles: Integrity, Honesty, Quality and Customer Service — all to provide “ Precision Craftsmanship Driven By Technology.”

James Tool is ISO 9001-2008 and AS9100 (Aerospace) certified and provides quality machining services for diverse industries worldwide – including Aerospace, Heavy Equipment, Automotive, Oil & Gas, Nuclear and Transportation. Our business is comprised of three areas: Engineer & Build Hydraulic Workholding, CNC Production Machining, and Non-Production Precision Machining.
