James Tool Machine & Engineering, Inc. has been active in the Aerospace industry for many years. Prior to becoming AS 9100 certified, the majority of our business in the Aerospace market was in the engineering and building of CNC Fixtures, CMM Fixtures and Specialized Gages. Additionally, James Tool produced many parts under our customers’ AS 9100 credentials, including components for the JSF-F35 program.

In March of 2011, James Tool achieved AS 9100 certification, allowing us to bring our precision machining skills, honed through our involvement with diverse manufacturing customer's, to the Aerospace industry. Utilizing our ERP system, we have the ability to track all of our processes in real-time. Our QMS has been developed to provide for strong, verifiable and robust processes.

We take great pride in providing high quality, competitively priced precision parts and assemblies in a timely manner.  We use the world’s best CNC machine tools and measuring equipment to produce the precision and quality our customers expect.
