- Esprit CNC Software Interface
The drawings are then
transferred to the appropriate plotter where final release drawings are
produced for shop use. The project is tracked from start to finish. Fabrication
questions are answered quickly since all work is done in-house.
BUILD
A good design is only
half the job. The other half is the fabrication and assembly of the job.
It's our goal to excel at both.We utilize the following equipment and
procedures:
- Large dedicated fixture assembly area
- 7 Large Boring Mills (3 full CNC)
- 2 Custom Built Hydraulic Fixture Test Units
- 21 CNC Bridgeport Type Mills using Esprit CAM Software
- Deep Hole Drill Machine for manifold drilling of fixtures
- Wire EDM
- Black Oxide System (Full 7 tank system with ventilation)
- Deep Hole Flushing
Tank
- Hand Held Camera
with Fiber Optic Scope ( used for inspecting manifold Holes )
- Blanchard,
Surface, ID, OD, and Jig Grinding on site
- Zeiss CMM's will check your fixture for accuracy of nest locations before shipping
