Aerospace
James Tool has been AS9100 certified for many years. We stringently follow all processes that we have developed. James Tool has been involved in many Commercial and Military Aerospace projects. Our Aerospace customers utilize many services that we offer, including Engineer & Build of Workholding Fixtures, Gages, Tooling and Replacement Parts as well as CNC Production Machining.
Automotive
For over 35+ years we have been a valued partner supporting OEM’s, Tier 1 and Tier 2 Customers with their Engineering and Precision Machining needs. We work with the top automotive suppliers in the World to develop efficient Custom Workholding Fixture solutions to solve their most complex manufacturing challenges. James Tool has a dedicated facility for CNC Production Machining. We also provide Gages, Tooling and OEM Replacement Parts at our Plant 1 location.
Off Highway
James Tool has been machining families of off-highway parts for low, medium, and high volume requirements for over 35+ years. We have the systems in place to operate in an organized and controlled manner. We utilize our ERP systems barcoding to track material, labor, outside services, quality assurance to pack out and delivery. Our Engineering and Build department designs and manufactures many custom hydraulic fixtures for small, medium, and large off-highway parts.
Oil & Gas
Most of James Tool’s experience has been on the completions side of the oil and gas industry. We have experience with manufacturing components for screens and many other components necessary for a open hole or linear completions.
Nuclear
James Tool provides Precision Machining and Assembly of complex nuclear material handling equipment. We machine components in a variety of stainless steels and high-temperature alloys. We are very familiar with the stringent requirements necessary to properly service our customers in this industry.
Transportation
James Tool machines precision parts for Train and Subway Car brake systems. We have the capability and expertise to machine large complex components for Locomotive Engines and other Rail related parts. Our In-House large part capabilities include: up to 150” X Travel CNC Horizontal Milling, up to 79” Swing CNC Turning and Blanchard Grinding up to 84” Diameter.
